Terms and conditions for return of a ski pass
1 Injury of the ski pass user
Refund is possible for those days for which the ski pass has not been used. The user must present the following documents: A) Photocopy of an authorized health service report that the user has been injured; B) Rescue service report; C) Original ski pass.
2 Injury of a family member of the ski pass user
